The box office is currently closed for the season. Our 2023 reopening date is TBA.

Gift Certificates
Send the gift of SPAC to someone special today!
Certificates are available for gift-giving and may be used towards the purchase of tickets for any SPAC-produced event at our center. SPAC gift certificates can be used online, by phone, or in person for SPAC’s classical and jazz programming. SPAC gift certificates purchased after June 18, 2021 are NOT valid for Live Nation concerts. Cash refunds are not issued for any remaining balance. Gift certificates can only be sent electronically. You can either have it sent to you, or directly to the gift recipient at a certain date/time.
Certificates are valid for nine (9) years from the date of purchase.

Gift cards for Live Nation concerts can be purchased online only and can only be redeemed online. They cannot be used at the SPAC Box Office.

Group Sales

Ticketing Policies
This policy only applies to SPAC-produced events and NOT Live Nation concerts.
There are no refunds on tickets unless an event is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed as described below in the COVID-19 and Weather ticketing policies. You may exchange your tickets for another event if the event you are exchanging from is more than three days away, and not sold out. There is a $3 per ticket exchange fee.
In the best interest of guests and staff, SPAC will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, unless prohibited by law, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Check our website often for updates to your event as guidelines are subject to change.
Once you’ve purchased tickets, if an event is canceled or postponed, we offer several options including exchanges to another event, exchanges for a gift certificate for a future event, the opportunity to support SPAC through a donation of the value of your tickets, or a full refund. All events are rain or shine. If an event is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed due to an extreme weather event, we will offer exchanges for a gift certificate for a future event, the opportunity to support SPAC through a donation of the value of your tickets, or a full refund.
Live Nation tickets cannot be exchanged, and are non-refundable unless the event is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed.
