Stop by Legends Concessions at Live Nation & SPAC amphitheater events, or bring your own picnic! Grab a snack or beverage during a performance at Spa Little Theatre. Or visit downtown Saratoga Springs to dine at one of the many restaurants. Plus, don’t forget that SPAC hosts a variety of CulinaryArts@SPAC events, which include a curated food & drink experience.
Arts Dining at Hall of Springs by Mazzone Hospitality
Open to the public for New York City Ballet and The Philadelphia Orchestra performances for dinner from 5:00-7:30PM. Located inside The Hall of Springs adjacent to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
Contemporary American cuisine highlighted by local and sustainable foods; sit down entrée options including a fresh salad bar, house-made soups and decadent desserts. Craft cocktails, local and imported beers, wines by the glass and bottle accompanied by proficient service make this an exceptional dining experience. $44.50 (+ tax and gratuity), per person. Alcoholic beverages and soda, not included. Coffee and iced tea, included.

Patrons Club Dining
Exclusively for SPAC Patron Program & President’s Circle Members Only. Enjoy complimentary dinner from 5:00-7:30PM for New York City Ballet and The Philadelphia Orchestra performances. Located inside The Hall of Springs adjacent to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
Dine in an exquisite location overlooking Saratoga State Park’s reflecting pool. The Club is exclusive to Patron Members and features a unique al fresco dining experience with a locally sourced, farm-to-table menu. Including an antipasto, tapas, and mezze table with offerings inspired by the chef’s culinary whims and ingredient driven foods that change daily. The service is warm, accommodating, and swift to ensure you have a relaxing dinner with plenty of time to make the performance.

Visit the new concessions buildings on the SPAC grounds for a variety of options offered by Legends Hospitality, our on-site concessionaire. From fresh, locally-sourced salads, sandwiches and snacks, as well as a full selection of non-alcoholic beverages, domestic and imported wines, liquors and craft beers, you will find everything you need right here!
Spa Little Theatre Concessions
Concessions at Spa Little Theatre are also provided by Legends Hospitality and are available before the performance, or during intermission(s). Stop by the concessions window in the lobby for beer, wine and soft drinks, in addition to light snacks including chips, candy, pretzels, and more!
Picnic Areas
Take advantage of gate opening time and arrive early for Freihofer’s Saratoga Jazz Festival, New York City Ballet and The Philadelphia Orchestra performances to enjoy your own picnic on the SPAC grounds. Gather at a picnic table scattered throughout the lawns, or in The Julie Bonacio Family Pavilion. Or, bring a blanket for a classic picnic experience. Just remember, no glass!
